Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information.
- Ensuring their website content complies with applicable terms.
- Using our services for ethical and lawful purposes only.
Delivery & Performance
Delivery timelines may vary depending on publisher approval, outreach response, and project requirements. While we follow proven SEO practices, specific rankings or traffic increases cannot be guaranteed.
Engagement & Payment
Work begins once payment, or the agreed deposit, is received. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. One-time deliverables (audits, strategy, blueprints) are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Content, reports, and deliverables produced for you become your property upon full payment of the relevant invoice. Linkiva retains ownership of its underlying methodology, templates, frameworks, and any internal tooling. With your consent, anonymised results and methodologies may be referenced in our case studies and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkiva's total liability arising out of, or in connection with, the services is limited to the fees paid by you to Linkiva in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Linkiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Prohibited Projects
We reserve the right to reject projects related to illegal activities, spam, malware, adult content, or harmful practices.
